If you live in Manhattan go to Chinatown. If you don't know chinatown well, just go to the Manhattan Bridge first. This is the scene you should see. The entrance to the Manhattan Bridge!

While facing the bridge make a LEFT. If you walk about a block down (about a 30 second walk) you should see this big purple banner!
